Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of your build, but large custom smokers are typically completed within 8 to 12 weeks. All smokers and rocket stoves are made to order. Rocket stoves are typically ready to ship within one week after purchase. If you are interested in a custom smoker with specifications not listed on the site, reach out with your idea and we will provide a more specific timeline based on your project.

For smokers over 250 gallons, customers will need to pick them up in person or arrange transport. For smaller builds, we can ship directly to you. We’ll reach out to you after you place your order, or feel free to contact us beforehand to discuss shipping options.

Absolutely! We can incorporate your logo or design into your smoker so it’s truly one-of-a-kind.
